TAKE CARE OF HEALTH


The best thing to be fit is to monitor your fitness regularly. You need to understand about  your nutrition, fitness, health and food regularly. HEALTH is most important for both men and woman.Everyone should take care about their health to keep you fit and healthy.




Whatever we decide to eat will decides how healthy our body will be. Our body requires a specific amount of fiber everyday.This fiber helps to stay from diabetes, cardiovascular disease as well as  cancer.Fres fruits, nuts, oats, wheat , whole grains and beans are the rich sources of fiber.




                     Exercise is must for of all us.You can notice that you will not feel fresh throughout the day if  you wont do exercise, but if u do exercise daily it keeps you fresh and keeps you away from diseases .Blood - pressure and sugar will be in control if you do exercise daily.



                         Dont think exercise mean to go to gym to do heavy workouts, I mean that exercise is that to wake up early in the morning and go for a walk. If you are not faceing any diseases then better is to do jogging.
